# Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
## Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Include all original tags
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Show no signs of damage, alteration, or misuse
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
## Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- An incorrect item was received due to an error by ZareliaWear
## Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and display the refund.
## Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Hygiene-related products that have been opened or used
