# RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ZareliaWear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
## Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- The item must not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
- For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if they have been used.
- Any defects or issues must be reported immediately upon delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe an item has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
## Return Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All approved returns must be sent to our designated return address, which will be provided by our support team after your return request has been reviewed.
Do not send items back to the sender address shown on the package, as this may delay or invalidate your return.

## Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
However, due to our automated order processing system, orders begin processing immediately after purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If your order is already in transit, please wait until it is delivered and then follow the return procedure outlined above.
## Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
## International Returns
As part of our global fulfillment process, approved returns may need to be sent to our central fulfillment facility located in Asia.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs associated with returning products to the designated return address provided by our support team.
